Solo Traveler
I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not clean and the facilities were less than I would expect for the price. The noise level at night was terrible, and our experience (fire alarm going off, drinking in the hallways) was horrible. In fairness the management has given me a coupon for use at a later date, but I'm not sure that I'll use it. This hotel was great. The hotel was attractive, the room was comfortable, clean and everything worked well, and the staff was very accommodating. Traveling as Couple
We had a problem with the AC not working and the desk was non-responsive. We had to go down to the desk to get any help. There was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience. The AC runs into the window treatment so it takes a long time for the room to cool off. The AC is turned off when you arrive and it is quite hot! ...read more

Elevator a long way from many rooms. Ours was 3rd floor, the furthest room. We do recognize that this was a holiday weekend.

Would stay there again, if in the area. Price was good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is older but kept nice. Clean.
